The wood box
Saturday, October 30th, 2010 Since we have so many requests for custom wood containers for our events I thought this would make a interesting subject to talk about. During each season I would estimate that we go through about 150 to 200 yards of wood.
We buy our wood in bulk and can customize type depending on the clients wants. Pine, oak, redwood, cedar pretty much any type. Price is the only determination. After we cut the wood we stain or paint each piece.
Since we do all our own boxes we can pretty much do any size, shade or color the client wants.
Almost any arrangement looks good with wood and the best part is after the event there is a nice keepsake for the couple and their guest’s.
Here we made a wine crate for the couple, seems they had meet while on a wine tour and the groom wanted to surprise his bride with something that symbolized their meeting. Also something they could use and look at everyday.
